I have worked full-time in the real estate industry since 2002 with licenses in both Idaho and Washington State. My career began as a real estate salesperson, then I advanced my license to become an associate broker in Idaho and a managing broker in Washington. I have seen up and down markets and helped my clients navigate through it all – and it has been so rewarding. Although I am relatively new to the Mortgage Industry, I have undergone extensive training for my MLO licensing in Idaho and Washington, as well as having over 20 years’ experience as a real estate agent. Through the years, I have found that the biggest challenge experienced by my clients in most real estate transactions was being in the dark about the loan process. That is what prompted me to add a Mortgage Loan Origination (MLO) license to my real estate toolbelt in 2023. It gives me great satisfaction being able to find solutions for my clients to make their home buying experience seamless without surprises.
