I've spent many years working for large companies like Quicken Loans and Loan Depot, but since moving back to my hometown of Spokane, WA a couple years ago I've been focusing on just helping local friends and family out with their mortgage needs. Working locally and handling a smaller pipeline of business has allowed me to perfect and really streamline the mortgage process to make the experience e

asy and stress free for my borrowers! I've closed thousands of loans, and I'm confident that there isn't a loan out there that I can't close in 30 days or less. Here's just a few of the many reasons to work with me:

1) I have more experience and more education and training than 99% of the bankers you will talk to at the "local" banks

2) My rates and closing fees are much less than the banks and the large online retailers because I'm able to offer wholesale rates rather than the retail rates you find at those places

3) I only handle about 5-7 loans per month by design, so I can deliver optimal results and close them all within 30 days or less. By controlling my intake of loans, I'm able to really stay on top of your loan and process it daily and make sure it's moving through the process at lighting speed, unlike at a bank where your average loan officer has about 30-50 loans and may look at your loan once or twice per week and take 45-60 days to close your loan

4) I am the sole point of contact while you are in process. You don't have to deal with 5-6 different people and re-explain your situation multiple times to a new person. You have a question about anything with your loan, you can call me at my office or on my cell phone 24/7. This is service you don't get at banks and/or larger companies that I am happy to provide!

5) The loans I write go through United Wholesale Mortgage, which is the nation's #1 wholesale lender. They will also service your loan once it is closed and you will make your monthly payments to them just like if you were to go to a bank.

6) There are many more reasons, but I'll let you discover those as we go through your loan! Basically I've created this page so I can be a resource to anyone that is purchasing or refinancing a home, for anyone that has never bought a home and is tired of renting and has questions, for anyone that has any questions about mortgages at all, I'm your guy.
