🏪Our office remains under a Level 3 evacuation order. While our physical doors must stay closed, our entire team at Stoops Insurance & Financial Services Inc. is safe, working remotely, and fully available to support you.

🚒URGENT SAFETY REMINDER: Please do not attempt to return to your homes, and please do not try to visit our office, as both remain in an active, dangerous evacuation zone. Returning early puts your life at risk and can severely impede the emergency responders and fire crews who are working tirelessly to protect our neighborhoods.

🎗WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW: We are actively working to secure a temporary office space safely outside the evacuation zone so we can meet face-to-face with our displaced insureds. We will update you with that address the moment it is ready. Additionally, a dedicated State Farm catastrophe dispatch team is currently en route to the Spokane area to provide extra boots-on-the-ground support for our community.

Our hearts are heavy for our community. 💔 The devastation from the current fires is deeply tragic, and we are holding all of you in our thoughts. To those who are impacted—we care for you so much, and we are here to walk alongside the ashes with you.

We know that once the initial shock wears off, the overwhelming fear often is, "Of course my insurance company isn't going to cover this." Please know that we are here to help answer your questions, calm those fears, and guide you through the process step by step.
If you have been impacted, here are a few tips on what to do first:

1️⃣ Prioritize safety: Please ensure you and your loved ones are safe and following all evacuation orders.

2️⃣ File a claim right away: Don't wait until you have all the answers, a full inventory, or pictures. Getting the claim started early is the most important step.

3️⃣ Keep your receipts: If you've had to evacuate, keep receipts for hotels, meals, and essentials. These may be covered under your policy's Additional Living Expenses.

Because our office is currently under a Level 3 "Go Now" evacuation order due to the fire's proximity to W Francis Ave, we have closed our physical doors to ensure the safety of our staff.

However, we are still here for you.
