REALTORS- Are your purchase transactions taking longer than 30 days to close? Are you consistently having to ask for extensions because the appraisal is taking too long or your lender is dragging their feet? Give me a call and see how fast we can close the transaction together. This was a purchase WITH an appraisal that closed in 17 days!😲 This is just one example of what we've been doing all year🏡

Fun Fact- the shorter you lock in the interest rate, the better the rate is. When we know the loan can close in under 30 days it allows us to lock in your rate for that shorter period of time and lower your interest rate even more. 💸

We're coming up on the end of the year and most people are taking it easy coasting into the holidays.. NOT ME! I am sprinting to the finish line! One loan went from submission to closing in 3 days. Another loan took just ONE day! I'm not proud of the last photo that shows it took 7 days, but that's considered a "long transaction" for me. If you're looking to refinance, let me know. We'll be able to close before the Holidays and you'll skip that January mortgage payment! Use that money to pay yourself back after buying all those Christmas presents for your loved ones and come out of Christmas debt free this year!
