My specialty is first time home buyers and much of what I do is finding clients who aren’t quite ready to buy yet and getting them connected with the right people who are licensed and able to coach them through what their unique situation is in order to be able to buy a home. A lot of lenders are very dismissive of clients who are not yet ready to buy and Trevor is one of the few who isn’t just willing to take the time to help but passionate about it. There’s no judgment. There are clients of mine that are homeowners because he took his time to help them get in a good financial position to purchase their first homes. He also works with Washington State grants, Down Payment Assistance programs and teaches first time buyer courses. He navigates through leased land closings expertly and many lenders won’t even offer help with those because of the extra hurdles there are to get closed. He is the epitome of above and beyond. On top of all that, he’s highly communicative and easy to reach. In my industry lenders often can be difficult and create issues for everyone involved when we cannot get them to respond within reasonable timeframes. You will not feel like an inconvenience with him. Give him a call, he will absolutely make your home buying or refinancing journey as stress free as possible.
