The industry standard is broken.

Most people think property management is just collecting a check. It’s not. It’s about who’s answering the phone at 3 AM when a pipe bursts (see the 0:04 mark) and who’s actually protecting your investment when things go sideways.

We’re doing something at Cobalt that most firms refuse to do check out the 24-hour guarantee at 0:27.

Am I crazy for offering an Eviction Guarantee (0:44) in this market, or is this what owners actually deserve? I want to hear your voice in the comments.
