Hi Friends! I made a move… I am now originating at DHI Mortgage. Operating as an originator for a company that has incredible structure that BENEFITS MY CLIENTS greatly.
YES I CAN DO YOUR LOAN OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDER… as my friends have asked, I can still be “your person!” AND.. I will also serve as the lender for DR Horton properties.

National Headlines. The FED Rate is NOT a long term mortgage rate. EVEN the television anchors don't know this at times. (Eye Roll) I am not one to hold myself as someone that has it all figured out, but it is so frustrating when the NEWS media is inaccurate. There was 6 months of easing and this month we see house prices gong back up. Not alot... if you are on the sidelines waiting for the bubble, maybe rethink it.

This is an annoying downfall of applying for a home loan. You use your trusted lender and then receive 15 calls the next day…NO THEY DID NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION, the credit agencies did! Argh!! This has some great advice for how to stop it IN ADVANCE.

Learn how to prevent credit bureaus from exploiting your credit. Typically, the top two methods are trigger lead phone calls and direct mail solicitation.

This does not mean 15/30 YEAR Mortgage rates. We actually have seen long term rates come down in the last 30 days. This does greatly impact your credit cards, new auto loans, any adjustable rates you have (HELOC). Reach out if you have questions.
