We are very blessed to have Carole McDaniel chair our women’s committee. She is full of so many wonderful ideas to help promote and educate the public about Farm Bureau and agriculture!! Thank you for all you do, it does not go unnoticed!! 🌱 🚜

Meet Carole McDaniel of Rutherford County!

She is a former School Administrator and has lived on a farm her entire life.

In addition to her work on the farm, Carole is an active leader in her community—serving as chair of her county Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee, serving on the NC State Advisory Committee for Cooperative Extension, and serving on local Advisory Councils for two different county Extension Committees. She chairs the RCFB Scholarship Committee and Education Outreach Committee.

What inspires or motivates you in your community or professional life?
Connecting people with resources. Volunteer activities connected to historical preservation, education, and agriculture.

We are proud to highlight Carole as part of the International Year of the Woman Farmer and celebrate her dedication to agriculture and leadership across North Carolina!

Congratulations Stuart Beam

Congratulations Stuart Beam!!! Stuart was just named to American Farm Bureau Federation's 13th Partners in Advocacy Leadership class or PAL.
PAL training involves four learning modules designed to develop specific advocacy skills while exploring components of leadership and its theories and philosophies.
