Hello!! I’ve added many new friends over the last few months and some may not know what I do! Here are the RULES they must follow ..👇🏽👇🏽

‼️Rule Number 1: “They MUST clearly identify themselves..”

‼️Rule Number 2: “They can ONLY send you a PRIVATE MESSAGE..”

‼️Rule Number 3: “They MUST offer an OPT-OUT option for receiving further messages..” 👇🏽👇🏽

✅It is IMPORTANT to KNOW YOUR RIGHTS as a borrower:

Debt collectors are REQUIRED to provide the following information when requesting payment for outstanding debt, according to the CFPB: 👇🏽👇🏽

📌The NAME of the Creditor.

📌The amount OWED.

📌That you can DISPUTE the debt.

📌That you CAN request the NAME and ADDRESS of the ORIGINAL creditor, if different from the current creditor.
