🎉 Celebrating 12 Years with Shawna! 🎉

For 12 years, Shawna has been helping OCSB customers turn opportunities into possibilities. With more than 35 years in the mortgage industry, she brings experience, reliability, and a whole lot of heart to her role as VP, Underwriter.
Outside of work, Shawna loves spending time with her grandbabies, cheering on college football, and traveling—she’s been to 48 states! ✈️🏈

But perhaps what makes Shawna most special is the people around her. Her coworkers know they can count on her as their unofficial “work mom” whenever they need someone to listen.
We’re incredibly grateful for Shawna’s 12 years of dedication, teamwork, and the relationships she’s built along the way. 💙

Help us celebrate Julia’s 5 years with OCSB! 🎉
Over the years, Julia has held several roles, including Post Closer, AVP of Loan Operations, and Commercial Loan Assistant, her current position.
Julia says her favorite part of working at OCSB is her coworkers, especially those in the Loan Department. She loves the family atmosphere and says her coworkers are what make OCSB feel like home. ❤️
Outside of work, Julia enjoys reading, dollhouses, cross-stitching, walking her dogs, and genealogy. Three words she uses to describe herself: intelligent, diligent, and fierce.
And we can’t forget the time the Loan Department completely covered Matt Michael’s office in aluminum foil for his birthday! 😂

Twenty-five years later, their stories and sacrifices remain a part of our history.
