We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills. Welcome to the Advance America Toastmaster Club for CSS employees, established in 2016. Our club currently boasts more than 30 unique members, eager to improve their communication and leadership skills. We meet bi-weekly on Thursdays to run through both prepared a

nd unprepared speeches, offer constructive feedback, and oftentimes, to share a meal together. Together we will practice delivering empowering and effective messages, which, in turn, will benefit us in many other facets of our lives. Interested in joining us? Greetings fellow Toastmasters & Past Distinguished Guests,

I hope that this note finds you well, as we collectively maneuver through this unprecedented time to find our “new normal”. It is in this spirit that the Executive Board of Advance America Toastmaster (EC) has decided to suspend all Toastmaster meetings until September.

The EC will continue to meet monthly to determine how we will proceed, ensuring that we will remain in line with the guidelines set by the CDC and our company’s leadership.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to any board member (see them listed below). Continue to remain safe and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Thanks everyone for another fantastic meeting! We were missing a key player on our team today, but thanks to everyone who stepped up to fill extra roles and help where they were needed. 👍

We had two great speakers today and lots of laughs during Table Topics. We heard about the value of family, how to find out if a relationship will last (before you get the entrees), how to NOT drive a vehicle, working hard to reach your goals, and what NOT to wear on the first day of kindergarten. 🤭
