So remember this?? Let me give you a story time..This client was denied to purchase a home! She was under contract and was all set to leave the home she was renting. Her contract kept getting extended with another lender and after the final extension, they denied the loan. Additionally, her realtor referred her to 2 other lenders that told her they could not do the loan😩‼️A friend of mine referred her to me and this is what happened! She was cleared to close in 7 days! What’s also great is she was able to continue with the contract on the original house. 🗣️🗣️When God has something for you, it is for you! She was delayed, but not denied‼️God is amazing! We closed!!

Monday mortgage tips!

I want to purchase a home ithis year! Where do I start?
1. Call a mortgage lender! (Me of course!) It is important to speak with a lender so you will know where you stand from a credit, income, and asset position.
2. Review your credit report for inaccuracies. Can review on annual credit report.com.
3. Set a goal of how much you want to spend per month. This is important because if you don’t want to have a monthly mortgage payment greater than $1500/month, there is no need to be looking at homes that cost $400,000.
4. Don’t take out new loans without speaking to a mortgage loan officer first! This could affect your debt to income ratio and if too high, could prevent you from purchasing a home.
5. Pay all of your bills on time! No 30, 60, 90, or 120 day late payments!
6. Save, Save, Save! You will need some money to purchase a home..even if you are getting down payment assistance!
