We're looking for a full-time Call Center Representative I to work onsite at our West Salem location. Experience in a financial institution is preferred, but if you're passionate about serving others, eager to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

As the first point of contact for our members, you'll:
✅ Answer account questions and assist with transactions
✅ Resolve member concerns with professionalism and care
✅ Recommend products and services that fit members' needs
✅ Deliver friendly, personalized service every day
