It's a pain and inconvenient, but so is having to tell your customer's that their information was hacked! What can you do to prevent having your business hacked? One way is to insist everyone who has login access utilizes Multi-Factor Authentication. Yes it means an extra step every time you log in, but it's 30 seconds out of your day that could protect years of trouble. It's even a standard put in place at the Silver Quill!
