We can now offer our borrowers a 1-0 Temporary Rate Buydown on rate and term refinances to help keep even more money in your pocket for the first year of their loan. And, since it is borrower- paid, if you refinance within 12 months, the remaining funds can either be refunded or applied to
the principal balance of the new loan.
