"I first heard of Southwick Insurance Agency on Facebook maybe last year or 2 or something and they (Mike) were able to help with a car insurance issue/switching carriers/paying excise tax -- we could not renew bc tax was owed but city hall was sending the bill to a bad address that was still on file with the RMV, it was a disaster.
