West Insurance is looking for the right person to join our Concord, Arkansas office. We are considering candidates for either a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or a Licensed Insurance Agent position.

Customer Service Representative
• $18/hour
• Paid holidays

Licensed Insurance Agent
• $20/hour + bonus structure
• Paid holidays
• Paid time off
• Free gym membership

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, professional, comfortable working with customers, and able to learn and use computer-based systems efficiently.

Insurance experience is helpful for the CSR position but is not required. Applicants for the Agent position must hold the appropriate insurance license.

• Active Arkansas Life and Health insurance license
• Active Arkansas Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software, with the ability to learn insurance and agency management systems
• Ability to manage accounts, follow up with clients, and work independently

Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

This position supports both the gym and office: greeting members, answering phones, scheduling appointments, directing calls, taking messages, facilitating daily operations, giving gym tours, and assisting with sign-ups. .
