Story time! 📖. The Mehmedi’s started building their wonderful DR Horton home late last year. Unfortunately, due to their unique income stream, they were unable to be approved by 2 lenders. Fast forward to a month ago. The 2nd lender, who is wonderful, introduced the Mehmedi’s to my team & I. After application & reviewing their file, we determined that there would be no issues with their income. Today, less than a month later, the Mehmedi’s are new homeowners, again!
