Almost every home has multiple offers, and the listing agents are getting picky with pre-approval letters. If they're not, they should be. 😁

My clients were 5k under the highest bid.

5k UNDER!!! 😮😮😮

But, the other offers were from non-reputable lenders.

We're under contract because the sellers know they'll get communication, follow up, and the deal will close on time.
