Favorite Travel Memory – Tyler Mearkle
My favorite travel memory was from last summer; fishing off a dock in beautiful Bermuda 🎣🌊.
The water was so crystal clear you could see the ocean floor right from where you stood, with stunning cliffs rising in the background 🌅
It was one of those moments where everything just felt perfect—peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable. A truly incredible experience! ✨

A Story to Warm Your Heart ❤️
A couple of weeks ago, Chris’s wife Kim was driving home from work when she spotted a baby deer curled up all alone 🦌. The next morning, she noticed the little one hadn’t moved. Concerned, she gently approached it, and the fawn could not get up.
Without hesitation, Kim scooped up the tiny deer and brought it with her to work, making sure it would get the help it needed 💕. Now, the little one is being cared for and rehabilitated at a farm in Barkhamsted.
Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference—and you can tell this little cutie knew it was in good hands ❤️✨

It's Travel Tuesday. 🙂
Tina tried slingshots for the first time with her family last month, and it turned into an unforgettable adventure.
They took aim at all kinds of fun targets like mini drums, film reels, guitars, spoons, bells, and music notes. 🎶
It was such a wildly good time that they all agreed: this won’t be the last visit. 🎯

✨ Core Value Spotlight: Friendship ✨
Our team bonding days are all about connecting, having fun, and making memories together. Last September, SPWA took a trip to Lyman Orchards for a day of apple picking 🍎 We enjoyed the fresh air, lots of laughs, and time together outside the office.
It was the perfect way to tie in another core value: health. ❤️ Walking through the orchard and soaking up the outdoors gave us a chance to recharge. We even brought home bags of apples for a fresh, healthy treat.
Strong friendships, healthy habits, and a team that grows together. 🌿
