Due to an auto accident in the area, we are unfortunately without power for the remainder of the work day today.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for anyone who has tried to reach us after 1pm today.

We waited hopeful that it would be restored shortly after, but we were informed ETA would be 5:50pm this evening.

As long as power is restored today as expected, the office will be open tomorrow as scheduled.

If power is not restored, the staff will be working from home tomorrow and the lobby will be closed.

Again, we apologize and will be there to help you as soon as possible. Lastly, you do have some capabilities on your mobile app, and on statefarm.com. I highly recommend in instances such as this, technology at your hands comes in very handy.

If you call our office, you will be directed to our Customer Service Department. Please stay on the line to he connected to someone after the automatic prompts.
