It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved friend, mentor, and co-founder of Zip Loan, Phillip Toth.
Phil lived a life that reflected a servant’s heart—showing kindness and compassion to every person he met. As a father and grandfather he was loving and supportive. As a friend and mentor, he had the exceptional gift of truly connecting with people, engaging in conversation and making them feel understood and valued.
He taught us that the greatest treasures in life are not possessions, but the journeys we take, the experiences we share, and the memories we create. Phil was the most understanding and forgiving person we have ever known—extending humor no matter the circumstance.
Phil’s legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched through his devotion to those he loved, his relentless pursuit of knowledge, and boundless energy. We are grateful for every moment we shared, every lesson he taught, and every example he set.
Though our hearts are broken, we rejoice in knowing he is at peace in the presence of the Lord. His life was a testimony of love, service, and inspiration.
We will forever carry his memory in our hearts.
