Derek spent several years coordinating administrative, managerial and sales projects for GTCR, LLC in Chicago before moving on to Dynatrace in Detroit, where he was in charge of sales and marketing for the eastern region of the United States. He is active in the community, working as a volunteer with Goodfellows, and is interested in such causes as animal welfare, education, health and social services.
