🏠 **$1 MILLION PROPERTY. $800,000 IN EQUITY. ONLY $25,000 IN ACCESSIBLE CASH.**
Does that mean you're wealthy?
Maybe.
But here's the question I believe more property owners should ask:
💰 **How much of your wealth is actually accessible when you need it?**
Consider the numbers:
🏡 Property Value: **$1,000,000**
📈 Property Equity: **$800,000**
💵 Accessible Cash: **$25,000**
That $800,000 of equity absolutely has value—but **net worth and liquidity are not the same thing.**
Can you use property equity to immediately:
• Cover six months of lost income?
• Handle a major unexpected expense?
• Write a $100,000 check for an investment opportunity?
• Pay everyday expenses without first selling or borrowing?
That's why I don't simply want you to be **“property rich and cash poor.”**
I want you to examine your **Total Economic Position**:
**EQUITY + LIQUIDITY + CASH FLOW + ACCESS + PROTECTION**
🔥 **THE QUESTION:**
If you have substantial property equity, **how much of your wealth is actually working for you?**
📲 Comment **“EQUITY”** if you'd like to learn how I evaluate the numbers.
