🎓✨ Final dishes for our last semester of culinary school! So proud to share what we’ve been working on:
1. Chicken Consommé with Chicken Balls 🍲 – A delicate start to the lineup.
2. Shrimp Scampi 🍤 – Light, fresh, and full of flavor!
3. Orange Beef with Chiles 🥩🌶️ – Bringing some heat and a burst of citrus.

This week’s class buffet featured Russian and African cuisine. The most challenging dishes for me were the Apple Strudel and Salmon Puff Pastry, while my husband found the African couscous the toughest.
