Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) provides opportunities for Medicaid & Medicare beneficiaries to receive services in their own home or community rather than institutions or isolated settings.
These self-directed programs serve a variety of individuals, such as the elderly, and people with physical, mental, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities.
Self-direction allows Participants the option to choose the services and supports they need to live independently in their own home. The Participant is the employer and is responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery in a person-centered planning process.
Metro Solutions will serve as the Administrative Agent on the Participant's behalf to provide administrative and billing support.
