We were honored to welcome Scott Wyckoff, Apprenticeship Navigator with Macomb Community College. Scott shared invaluable insights on how local businesses can launch registered apprenticeship programs—highlighting a powerful grant opportunity designed to scale workforce development while slashing training and education costs for Business and IT apprentices.

In observance of Juneteenth, all People Driven Credit Union branches will be closed on Friday, June 19th and Saturday, June 20th.

Our Ypsilanti branch will be closed beginning at 1:00 PM today due to road work on Michigan Avenue.

UPDATE: We have received an update from the construction crew working on Michigan Avenue. The project is taking longer than originally expected, and crews anticipate continuing work into the evening and throughout the weekend.

At this time, the entrance to our Ypsilanti branch remains accessible; however, access may be impacted or temporarily blocked as construction progresses.

We encourage members to plan ahead and use Online Banking or our Mobile App for 24/7 account access. If you need cash, the nearest fee-free ATM is located at:

Last Saturday’s weather absolutely understood the assignment! Team People Driven Credit Union had the absolute best time volunteering at the Jack Frost Auto Museum Charity Wine & Dinner event.

It was a picture-perfect day to stroll through Jack’s spectacular collection, which features jaw-dropping CLASSIC, HISTORIC & EXOTIC CARS. To make the vibe even more magical, the incredibly talented Suzi Marsh kept everyone captivated with her amazing vocals! 🎤✨

But the absolute best part of the day? The incredible impact of this event. Every dollar raised goes directly toward building a future skilled trades vocational center for high school, college, and veteran students. Providing our community and our veterans with life-changing career opportunities is a mission we are incredibly proud to fuel! 💪🎖️🛠️

🌟 Today, People Driven Credit Union was proud to participate in a "Shark Tank" panel at Romeo Middle School, where our Community Relationship Manager, Julia, joined several nonprofit leaders to evaluate student-led service projects.

As part of this unique learning experience, students explored the nonprofit sector and developed projects designed to address community needs and create positive change. We were impressed by the level of research, planning, collaboration, and professionalism demonstrated by every team.

Selecting a winner was no easy task. After careful consideration, the panel chose the Environment Service Project for its in-depth research, thoughtful planning, exceptional presentation, and vision for bringing the community together through environmental stewardship.

We congratulate all of the students who participated. Their creativity, dedication, and commitment to serving others reflect the qualities of future community leaders.

People Driven Credit Union extends a special thank you to the educators at Romeo Middle School for creating meaningful opportunities that introduce students to the work of nonprofits and inspire civic engagement. Programs like these help develop the next generation of leaders and changemakers. 👏

We had an incredible time hosting our latest financial empowerment session right here at People Driven Credit Union. Building strong financial foundations is at the heart of what we do, and today was extra special—10 amazing college and skilled trades students received a shared $30,000 in scholarships! 🎓🔧💰

A massive thank you to our partners at Neway Works, Inc. for teaming up with us, and a special shoutout to the Money Masters Grant, funded by the Federal Home Loan Bank Of Indianapolis, for making this impactful program and these life-changing scholarships possible! Together, we are driving real change and investing in the future of our community. 🪙✨
