This deal was almost lost.
The buyers were strung along by their previous lender with poor communication and empty promises… and just 2 days before closing, they were hit with a denial letter. No explanation. No options.

Instead of putting the home back on the market, the listing agent (one of my great partners) asked me to step in and give them one more shot.

Was it easy? Not even close. The file was full of challenges — constant denials, ineligible findings, and roadblocks at every turn. But we refused to give up.

🔥 Today, I get to say these words: CLEAR TO CLOSE.
And hearing the pure joy in my clients’ voices when I gave them that call… that’s exactly why I do what I do.

Happy 1 Year Anniversary to my soulmate. I can’t believe it’s already been a year. It’s funny, a lot of people told us that the first year is the hardest. For me, it was the happiest year of my life. So many memories together, we’ve grown together and to be able to create our little world together so far has made this past year the happiest of my life. God is so good, He blessed me with my angel. I am forever grateful! I guess the “hard part” is over lol, can’t wait for year 2,3,10,20,50, 60+ years to come being with you. I love you so much!
