🚰❄️ Your outdoor faucet called… it wants a jacket.
Cold temps are on the way and frozen pipes are not invited.

TIPS-Wrap your outdoor faucets with a rag/wash cloth before applying your faucet cover to help further insulate.

When temperatures dip down into the low teens and single digits, be sure to leave steady flow from your shower heads and interior faucets, not just a drip! Especially any that have pipes located in an exterior wall!

Be sure to open all cabinents below your sinks and leave your heat on at least 65 degrees in your homes!

If you have a water line freeze, don't panic! If you plan to stay in your home, open your cabinets and use a space heater to help thaw the lines! Be sure to monitor your space heater and set far enough away to prevent a fire threat! If you leave your home, cut the main water line to your home off and open all cabinets under your sink. This will alleviate pressure when the frozen line does begin to thaw and it will help prevent further damage in the event a water line does burst!
