Your seller or buyer is a Trust, LLC, etc? Did you know the contract has updated to help reduce paperwork?

On page 16 of the RPA, right above where the client signs for acceptance, there is a whole mini RCSD. There is where you complete the appropriate information for your client so it is disclosed upfront that they are an entity.

If this doesn’t get completed with the contract, no worries, we’ll fix this for you. 😉
