Wright Insurance Agency is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Account Managers to join our team.

We are looking for someone with experience in either Personal Lines
and/or Commercial Lines insurance. Experience in both is a plus, but not required.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Previous insurance agency experience
• Experience in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines
• Ability to manage and service an existing book of business
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, billing questions and coverage reviews
• Review accounts for coverage needs and potential gaps
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers and underwriters
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, professional and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced independent agency environment

Personal Lines experience may include: Home, Auto, Umbrella, Flood, Boat and other personal insurance products.

Commercial Lines experience may include: BOP, General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella and other business insurance products.

This is a full-time, in-person position.
