RLL, a Utah based company, provides property management services to the multi-family industry, including apartment communities, student housing, senior housing, assisted living, military housing, condominiums, co-ops and HOA's. RLL provides payment to property owners/managers (associations) for losses caused by resident negligence. Services include online monitoring of unit participation with the
PDLW (Property Damage Liability Waiver) or resident's who have HO-4 (Renter's Insurance) policies, customer support and training. Our proprietary software, database, monitoring and reporting systems manage the process. The programs interface with property management software for a seamless, simple operational daily exchange of information on the community and corporate level. The RLL program is available throughout the United States.
