Over the last decade, Jon Bellemore has earned recognition as one of Rhode Island’s top mortgage professionals. His accomplishments include multiple President’s Club Awards, recognition as a National Mortgage News Top Producer, a perennial Scotsman Guide Top Originator, and designation as a Top 1% Originator by Mortgage Executive Magazine.
A Rhode Island native from North Kingstown, Jon proudly serves homebuyers throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts and maintains a strong presence across the Ocean State. He lives locally with his wife and daughters and is deeply invested in the communities he serves.
Over the course of his career, Jon has helped more than 1,000 families achieve homeownership and has funded over $275 million in residential mortgage loans.
Outside of the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, boating, fishing, skiing, and exploring the outdoors. One item on his bucket list is climbing the highest peak in every state.
Known throughout the New England housing market for his responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional service, Jon has built his business through referrals and lasting client relationships. He firmly believes that great communication should never feel like a bonus, which is why his clients and referral partners consistently know where they stand throughout the mortgage process.
As a husband, father, and homeowner himself, Jon understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a family can make, and he is committed to helping his clients make that decision with confidence.
