Please join us in welcoming Steven Spitz to the Guild Mortgage family! Steven brings more than two decades of mortgage experience, having started his career in 2002. Steven is excited to get back to his roots in originations and work alongside some of the best professionals in the industry at Guild.
 
Steven moved to the DC area in 1993 while attending George Mason University and is a proud supporter of local teams—especially the Washington Capitals. An avid athlete, he still plays ice hockey and roller hockey in local adult leagues and enjoys golfing with friends. When he’s not working, on the course, or on the rink, you’ll likely find him at Lake Anna, floating on the boat with friends and enjoying time outdoors. Steven is a proud dad of two rockstar boys! We’re thrilled to welcome Steven to the Guild Mortgage - NE Division and look forward to the experience, leadership, and energy he brings to the team. Welcome, Steven!
