📅 Aug. 3, 2026: Limited Reviews are retired, meaning many condos will require a Full Project Review.

📅 Jan. 4, 2027: Reserve funding requirements increase from 10% to 15% for many HOAs without a qualifying reserve study.

The bottom line? A qualified buyer doesn't always mean a financeable condo.
