As one of the first features buyers see, park on, and notice in listing photos, a clean, attractive driveway can make the entire property feel more cared for and welcoming. Damage, stains, weeds, or uneven areas may also prompt buyers to wonder whether other maintenance has been postponed.

Before listing, give this often-overlooked space a quick refresh: pressure wash away dirt and stains, trim weeds along the edges and cracks, and fill or seal minor cracks and potholes. It is also worth checking drainage so water does not pool or cause erosion.
