Conforming loan limits for 2026 are increasing!

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has announced the new maximum conforming loan limits:
🏠 $832,750 for 1-unit properties in non-high-cost markets
🌴 $1,249,125 for conforming properties in Alaska & Hawaii
New loan limits will apply for Northpointe loans locked on or after December 1st, 2025!
