✨Welcome to the team/family Kris DeBerry✨
We are super excited to introduce our new Sales Associate to the growing Agency!
Kris was born in Lyons, Kansas, and spent her formative years in Nebraska before returning to Kansas after graduating high school.
She and her husband Nathan are blessed with six wonderful children, whose ages range from 33 to 16, and they cherish the presence of their 17-month-old grandson, who brings immense joy to our lives.
They are proud owners of two local businesses: DeBerry Electric Co and All Square Construction. While her professional journey began in the insurance industry in 2017, her background in sales and customer service dates back to her high school years.

Mary Winter Agency would like to introduce you to the newest Sales Associate on our team! Hagen Delinte, a native of the heartland, was born in Kansas and raised amidst the plains of the Oklahoma Panhandle. From a young age, she had a love for the rugged, outdoor lifestyle that is synonymous with these regions.
Growing up in a family deeply rooted in agriculture, she was introduced to the world of rodeo at an early age. This thrilling and challenging sport became a significant part of her life. Hagen spent countless hours in the rodeo arena, honing her skills as a rider and learning the values of dedication, hard work, and perseverance that would later become her strengths in the business world.
Hagen’s passion for rodeo eventually paved the way to an incredible opportunity – a rodeoing scholarship that enabled her to pursue higher education. During her time at Oklahoma Panhandle State, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, a testament to her unwavering commitment to the agricultural industry. Alongside this major, she pursued a minor in Animal Science, deepening her understanding of livestock and farming practices.
With her academic achievements and rodeo success, Hagen developed a unique blend of skills and experiences that set her apart. As she began seeking a career, discovered a new passion: insurance. She recognized the vital role insurance plays in protecting the livelihoods of farmers and ranchers, and her determination to serve this community grew stronger.
After completing her licensure, Hagen set out on a career path that would merge her love for agriculture and her newfound passion for insurance. With this new role, she will be focusing on farm and ranch insurance, leveraging her deep-rooted knowledge of the agricultural sector to provide tailored insurance solutions to those who needed it most.
Today, Hagen Delinte, stands as a testament to the power of pursuing one’s passions and applying them to a meaningful career. With her rodeo spirit, agricultural knowledge, and commitment to safeguarding the futures of farmers and ranchers, she is not just an insurance sales associate, but a trusted connection with those who work the land. In addition to farming/ranching, Hagen is licensed to write all lines of Property and Casualty Insurance.
Hagen continues to draw inspiration from her upbringing in the heartland, and she remains dedicated to serving the agricultural community with unwavering passion and integrity.

Have you thought about it this way before? Insurability is easy to take for granted when you have it. While most children are healthy, a future health concern could one day make your son or daughter harder to insure. https://bit.ly/3lg0CVL
