Q: Looking back, what's one thing you know now that you wish you knew on day one?
J: What I wish I knew on day one is that mistakes are bound to happen, but everything will be okay. You learn from it and grow from it.
Q: What has been your favorite memory at work?
J: It has to be all of our office lunches. It pays off that our boss is a big foodie!
Q: What's your favorite part about helping customers?
J: It's making them feel heard. In a time where technology is taking over, customers are always happy to get to speak with a real person who can understand their issues, answer questions, and connect.
Q: If your work style had a theme song, what would it be? 🎵
J: Count on Me - Bruno Mars
Q: What does reaching 10 years with the agency mean to you?
J: I would say being with the Monroe agency holds a special place in my heart. It has provided me with opportunities within the industry as well as in my personal life. I'm grateful to have an amazing boss such as Kevin, not everyone gets so luck!
