He’s been paying PMI (Private Mtg Insurance) since he bought his home 3 yrs ago. But if he dies tomorrow will his family be able to keep the house?
It depends,he’ll need more than PMI! Many homeowners confuse PMI with MPI… I did.
When I bought my home back in 2011, I had no idea that they were completely different.

So what is the difference between PMI and MPI?
Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) protects your mtg company.
Mortgage Protection Insurance (MPI) protects the homeowner.

🌀Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) protects your mtg company by paying off your mtg if your house goes into foreclosure and the value of your house won’t cover the entire loan. When you buy a home PMI is required if your down payment is less than 20%. Yes, the mtg company automatically adds PMI to your mtg payment.


🌀Mortgage Protection Insurance (MPI) Protects the homeowner. It pays off your mtg if you die. Also, in certain situations it will make your mtg payments if you are disable and can’t work. MPI is completely voluntary and can only be bought from a life insurance agent.

It may be a good idea to cancel your trip, but if you do, can you get a full refund?

Most likely NO.

Because Travel Insurance policies specifically exclude cancellations as a result of pandemics and epidemics such as Covid-19.

[If you are sick this exclusion doesn't apply]

Your next best option is travel insurance that covers ‘cancellations for any reason’.

This type of policy usually cost 40% more than regular trip protection and it will only reimburse 75% of the trip.

Lastly you must buy this coverage within 14 -21 days of making the first payment on the trip.

My client renewed her workers compensation insurance.

😡She was highly upset because she wasn't allowed to make monthly payments.

💰She had to pay the yearly bill of $872 upfront because
The State of Illinois regulates Workers Compensation Insurance. They have a law that forbids insurance companies from offering monthly payment plans on workers comp policies when the annual cost of insurance is less than $1000. 😕

What Do The Rich Pay For Car Insurance?

🐆Porsche not only drives like a cheetah it screams WEALTH💰.
But how much does it cost to insure? A lot less than I expected.

The avg cost across all models is $185 p/m ($2248p/y) 😲
of course insurance cost varies by model.

The most popular models in the US are the; 911, Boxster, and Cayenne.

Which Is Your Favorite Porsche? Mine is the 911.

Of all the Holidays, your car is LEAST likely to be stolen on Christmas. Behind Christmas is Thanksgiving.

In 2018, 2,199 (avg) cars were stolen in the US everyday!

But on these two holidays car thefts dropped to the lowest number for the entire year!

Christmas = 1,447
Thanksgiving = 1,698
