Chalk It Up to Patriotism! Join others across the country during the WoodmenLife Patriotic Chalk Challenge in expressing a shared patriotic pride. Create original, America-themed artwork with chalk, paint, markers or another medium to celebrate Independence Day.

Day and night, our First Responders selflessly safeguard our homes, our families and our communities. We’ve been a long-time supporter of First Responders, like holding special events in their honor and making donations to benefit them. WoodmenLife Chapter 124 knew we could do more. So, we donated $500 to the South Hill Police Department to serve those who serve us.

As the pandemic goes on, it keeps creating needs in our communities. In many ways, it makes things worse, like the situation homeless people face. WoodmenLife Chapter 124 South Hill recognized the need and recently donated $500 to the Bread Box Food Pantry. Together, we can make a difference for others.

COVID-19 has affected our lives in many ways, from school districts contemplating how to best educate our kids, to making existing problems, like our neighbors going hungry, worse. In this historic time, we can lend a hand to organizations helping where it’s needed. That’s why South Hill Chapter 124 donated $300 to the Project Care Food Pantry to help help with COVID-19 relief.
