“I Sort Of Think My Momma Had A Little Black In Her”

My mother made it pretty clear to me who was in charge around our home! That’s why at sixty-two years old I still don’t have any tattoos! Never gave having an earring a second thought, and having five different colors in my hair never, ever crossed my mind! All those things are things I would have, “DIED FOR”!

Steve Harvey is a fellow West Virginian with the same kind of upbringing I had. It must be a West Virginia thing! You can’t help but love this guy!

“Happy Birthday Jason”

Every day I miss him, but I especially miss him on his birthday! I’ve been in a funk for the past week as he has crossed my mind so many times. I always enjoyed calling him and planning on going to get some Chinese food with him for his birthday lunch. I went to our favorite Chinese restaurant yesterday so I could spend some time just reminiscing about all the great lunches we had there together over the years. Today, he’s no longer with us physically. He will always be in our hearts, and I’m looking forward to seeing him again. I believe Gods Word to be the true Living Word of God and I can’t help but to believe that he is with Jesus right now. While I will miss having that birthday lunch today, I’m looking forward to seeing him again one day soon! Thinking of you today Jason! I will always love you and will see you again soon!
