Effective August 1, 2024, Pulliam Insurance Company is being acquired by Innovative Insurance Group. IIG is an independent insurance agency founded in 2015 after the merging of four prominent benefits agencies in Virginia. The Innovative Insurance Group Team has more than 100 years of combined experience in Individual, Employee Benefits, and Medicare Insurance with office locations in South Boston, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Kendbridge. The company partners with all major health insurance carriers to provide health benefits for individuals as well as small and large group businesses. The sale of Pulliam’s agency will allow additional services and staff to continue supporting Ronnie Pulliam and Kelly Pulliam's clients with the superior service they are accustomed to receiving.
Ronnie has been helping the people of Halifax County and surrounding areas with insurance benefits for more than 49 years, and Kelly for more than 20. IIG is thankful for the opportunity to work with Ronnie in continuing the success of his business and the future of this partnership. Reminder - open enrollment for individual health insurance begins November 1! If you don't have health insurance, we're happy to provide you with a free quote (and we won't bug you afterward). Most people under 65 who don't have insurance options through their employer will qualify for a premium assistance, so don't assume you can't afford it.

Open enrollment starts next week! From November 1 to December 15, you can enroll in or make changes/updates to your individual health insurance plans. This year, we have new rules for families that want to see if they can pay less for their dependents that are currently on their employer health plan. Also, we have off-exchange (no subsidy) plans that will allow you to see doctors anywhere, not just Virginia! Contact us with any questions or to make an appointment.
