Today, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone — 25 years of Matt Urbanski at Healy Group!

As our President, Matt has played an important role in shaping Healy Group, but when we asked his colleagues to describe him, the words they shared spoke less about his title and more about the person and leader they know: faithful, genuine, compassionate, empowering, joyful, selfless, reliable, kindhearted, generous, fun-loving, and a servant leader.

Perhaps one of the most fitting words was simply “anchor.”

For 25 years, Matt has been a steady presence at Healy Group — leading with kindness, encouraging those around him, sharing plenty of laughs, and always willing to step in and serve wherever needed.

🎉 Welcome to Healy Group, Micah!

We’re excited to welcome Micah Martin to Healy Group as our new Wealth Management Assistant!

Originally from California, Micah made Mishawaka home in 2023 and recently graduated from Bethel University with bachelor’s degrees in economics and music. His unique combination of analytical thinking and creativity makes him a great addition to our Wealth Management team.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Micah playing the cello or guitar, working with audio and sound mixing, diving into a good book, or spending time with family and friends.

We’re so glad to have Micah as part of Healy Group and look forward to seeing all he brings to the team.
