Currently, my office phones and internet service is down. This is a State Farm nationwide issue and they are currently working to resolve the issue. Well, we have closed the office one more day, due to the freezing temperatures and icy roads. If the weather begins to warm up, we will plan on opening the office up at 10:00 on Thursday morning.

As a reminder, if you need to file a claim, please call my office at 325-387-3893 to speak to one of our 24 hr Customer Service Reps. If you need personal service or to make a payment, please feel free to call me on my cell at 325-650-2001.

Hope you are all doing well and staying warm. Please stay in and avoid driving, if possible. We look forward to getting back to normal soon!

Due to the current weather situation, we have closed the office for the day. If you should need to set up a claim, please call my office at 325-387-3893 to speak to one of State Farm's 24/7 Customer Service Representatives, during this weather alert. If you need personal service, I can be reached on my cell phone at 325-650-2001. Please avoid driving, if at all possible, as the roads are hazardous. If weather conditions with freezing temperatures consist, we will make a decision about our office later today or early in the morning. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!
