GULF OF MAINE WIND TURBINE SURVEY

The Gulf of Maine Research Institute, UMaine and URI are conducting a survey to understand how fishermen value different fishing areas in the Gulf of Maine. The response will help them estimate potential economic impacts of offshore wind energy development in the Gulf of Maine. The project is funded by Maine Department of Energy Resources and supported by Maine Offshore Wind Energy Research Consortium.

The researchers say:
- The survey will take approximately15 minutes to submit.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
- Once you complete the survey, you will receive a $30 gift card . (Please enter your email address at the end of the survey to receive the gift card. The email address will not be used in the analysis and used solely to send the gift card).

Please click the link below to learn more and take the survey. If you prefer to participate in the survey at the dock (instead of taking it online), please call or text 207-228-1696 to coordinate.
