Mary Ellis, the Pulaski County Homemaker President, is shown presenting Deanna Oats with the second semester scholarship award. Deanna is a student at WKU. Pulaski Homemakers can nominate family members for a scholarship each year worth $600 with $300 being given each semester to the recipient. The Scholarship winner is announced at the County Annual meeting.
