For a decade, Connie has been one of the vital forces keeping our team connected and our operations running smoothly every day. Because her role keeps her constantly on the go across the bank, it gives her the perfect opportunity to interact with everyone—and she credits those daily interactions with making her time here so special.

For Connie, the best part of the job is the lasting friendships she’s built with her coworkers over the years, turning everyday moments into meaningful connections. When she isn't keeping CNB in tip-top shape or on courier runs, she loves spending quality time making great memories with her kids, family, and friends.

Please join us in congratulating Josh Edwards as he celebrates an incredible 20 years of service with Citizens National Bank today! Josh's journey is a true testament to dedication; he first started at the bank as a special assets clerk and earned his way up through management and commercial lending to become our Senior Lender. He shares that he has stayed with CNB all these years because of the continuous opportunities to grow, face new challenges, and build lasting relationships with the community he loves serving.

When he’s not busy helping his customers thrive at the bank, you can usually find Josh out on the golf course, traveling to new places, or cheering on his son at his sports games.

Please join us in celebrating Wendy Boots, our VP/ Chief Technology Officer, on an incredible 10-year anniversary with Citizens National Bank! For a decade, Wendy has been one of the driving forces behind our tech evolution. What keeps her here is that she has never felt stagnant, because CNB always invests back in her by providing constant opportunities to learn new skills, take on challenges, and grow her career.

Beyond the technology, Wendy credits the team for making the decade fly by, sharing that her favorite part of the job is the people. She loves that the team operates like a family, always supporting and lifting each other up to achieve their goals. When she isn't leading our IT Department, she enjoys traveling the world with her family or relaxing closer to home on their boat on Lake Cumberland.

It's a holiday weekend, which means scammers have begun spoofing the Citizens National Bank phone number again. Scammers may call claiming to "verify a large purchase" and ask for your personal information under the guise of protecting your account.

If you get a call like this: Hang up immediately. It is a scam.

How to stay safe:
* Hang up and call back: Always verify by calling us directly at 606-679-6341.
* Spot the pressure: Urgent or high-pressure requests are a major red flag. We will never rush you to share details.
* Keep info private: Never share passwords, PINs, or sensitive data over the phone.
