It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our agency owner, boss, and friend, Ken Mertz, who passed away on September 29th, 2026.

Ken’s presence, guidance, and kindness will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of working for him. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the entire Mertz family during this extremely difficult time.

Our office will remain open to our customers, as this is what we know Ken would have wanted. Please allow us a little extra time to service your policies as we navigate this loss.
