For 20+ years I have been blessed to represent some of the most beautiful real estate projects and deals throughout SoCal, (selling over $1B in RE sales in resale and infill development projects). Over the past decade, I have served in just about every RE role imaginable, which led to expanding my role into executive level strategic and development projects for several powerhouse companies such as Microsoft, Veterans United, Prospect/HomeBridge & more. The best agents never stop learning, and I am beyond blessed to work with some of the best in our market. 💫

Yesterday we launched something special: an exclusive training series built to take agent partners to the next level. We kicked it off at San Diego Realtors | Harcourts One in Solana Beach with “Your Online Presence in the Era of AI.”

A huge thank you to Eric, our Marketing Strategy Engineer, who led a powerful, hands-on session. Our agents left with a proven AI framework, the top tools working in real estate today, and a personalized action plan to future-proof their brand. Because in today’s market, if you’re invisible to AI, you’re invisible to clients. 🔥

This is what partnership looks like to me. It’s more than closing escrows. It’s investing in the success of the agents I’m proud to stand beside. Their expertise and relationships will always come first, and now they have even more tools to make them shine.

Everyone’s talking about the market slowing down. Our RE dream team is living the opposite and Forefront Escrow| San Diego Real Estate is here supporting strongly in the background. 🏡

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Team VUSD & all of the incredible realtor partners who joined us for the Veterans United Home Loans San Diego educational series! 🇺🇸

We had a blast diving into the credit counseling program and walked away with real tools to help more VA, FHA, and conventional buyers become credit-eligible.

Most importantly, we got to celebrate our trusted partners at VU in action. As a former SoCal founding VU’er and their #1 fan, it’s wonderful to watch them pour into the agent community. Their mission is enhancing lives every day, and they live it out in everything they do. 🙌🏽

On behalf of Forefront Escrow| San Diego Real Estate, it’s a privilege to support our agents and make a real difference in our community along the way. 💕

Special thanks to Mariano & Bill for teaching such a valuable class and sharing the numbers that show just how effective this resource is in strengthening the path to homeownership.

Happy National Daughters Day to my two built-in sidekicks! 💕

Growing up in the real estate business isn’t always roses. You girls have tagged along to more showings than you can count, waited in the car during “quick” stops that were never quick, eaten dinner on the go, and learned early that Mom’s phone rings at the worst possible times. You’ve heard “just one more call” a thousand times, and you’ve shared me with clients and agents on weekends, holidays, and birthdays.

Through all of it, you’ve been my biggest cheerleaders. On the hard days, you were my reason to keep going. On the good days, you were the first ones I wanted to celebrate with. Every door I’ve opened, every deal I’ve closed, and every bit of growth in this business has had you two behind it, giving me the motivation and joy I needed.

I’m so grateful and blessed to be your mom, and I couldn’t be more proud of the young women you’re becoming. You’ll always be my favorite partners in this ever changing industry and life. 🏡❤️

Never Forget 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years ago today, our nation changed forever. We lost 2,977 innocent lives across the Twin Towers, the Pentagon, and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, including countless firefighters and law enforcement officers who ran toward danger to save others, and the brave passengers of Flight 93 who chose to fight back rather than let their plane be used as a weapon. Their courage, “let’s roll,” remains one of the most powerful acts of bravery in our nation’s history. 💔

I was working in Coronado when the towers fell, in a town whose identity is inseparable from military service and sacrifice. That proximity to our service members has shaped how deeply I feel this day, and it’s one of the greatest honors of my life to serve San Diego’s military community in the years since.

To every first responder, service member, and veteran who has answered the call to protect our freedom, thank you. We will never forget. We are most grateful for you all. 💕

When a property must be sold or an escrow falls out, most agents search for answers. Some even panic. I don’t do excuses. I do solutions.

Recently, a significant escrow fell through. Something that happens in this business more than people realize. Instead of letting the file sit, or letting my agent absorb the stress of the fallout, I got on the phone immediately. Trusted colleagues. Active investors. People I’ve done business with for years. Within days, that property had multiple new showings lined up.

That’s the difference between an escrow being “handled” and a deal being actively driven forward.

Escrow companies keep your transaction compliant and on track. That’s their job, and they do it well. But over 20+ years in this industry, I’ve built something escrow can’t offer… an actual network. Relationships across REO, new construction, coastal estates, and some of the most experienced agents in the business. That diversity of experience means when something goes sideways, I don’t just have a process. I have people to call.
