I’be been blessed to share my life with such an amazing man who understands the meaning of showing up and leading from the front. 💕

From time to time I have a chance to share how special he is, and today is one of those days.

🙌🏽 So proud of my fiancé for leading the Men Who Show Up campaign with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County ().

This campaign is all about getting more men to step up and mentor the youth in our community, and the need is real. Over 70% of kids waiting for a mentor are boys, but male volunteers are still hard to come by. Some of these kids wait over a year just to be matched. That’s where you come in.

My fiancé is showing up — and I couldn’t be more proud. 💙

I don’t document every chapter of my professional journey on social media, yet the moments that matter most are a must.
Yesterday meant a great deal to me and as many of you are aware, it felt very much like a long awaited homecoming. 🏡 ♥️

To every agent who came out to our VA Refresher Course here in San Diego — thank you! 🙏 Truly. The passion and dedication in that room was something special, and it reminded me of exactly why this work is worth showing up for every single day.

MANY moons ago, I was blessed to be part of the founding team at Veterans United San Diego. I’m proud to be a partner today, and after yesterday, I’m more inspired than ever about what we have the opportunity to build together. I genuinely feel like the best is still ahead of us.

Feeling so grateful after today’s A Wealthy Woman Workshop ✨

Huge thank you to Laurie Colum, Ruthie Aguillera, and for helping kickoff such a meaningful event.

If you know me, you know I’ve been on a mission this year to pour into a space our industry truly needs. I’m passionate about helping women and real estate professionals grow their business through smart partnerships, savvy tax strategies, and long term wealth building.

And getting to do this with friends and colleagues I truly cherish makes it even more special. Ryan and I go way back to our high school days, so building something like this together now is a full circle moment.

Less than a year ago, I found myself stepping into the escrow side of the business for the first time in over 22 years. I was ready for a change, but not ready to say goodbye to real estate.

What I didn’t expect was how full circle this journey would feel. I never dreamed I would find myself reunited with so many incredible agents and friends along the way.

Since making this transition, my phone has been filled with the most thoughtful messages. This is just a small glimpse of so many, and more yet to come. Each one has meant more to me than I can say, and every message has served as a quiet reminder that I am exactly where I need to be.

It’s a powerful thing to stay true to what you’re passionate about. When you do, things have a way of aligning. The right people show up, the right opportunities unfold, and somehow it all just makes sense.

And the best part is, when you genuinely love what you do, it never feels like work. It feels like purpose. 💛

For the few agent partners who may have missed it…

FinCEN has officially been suspended.

After months of preparing for new reporting requirements, a US District Court ruling has effectively hit pause. For now, no reporting, no additional data collection, and no liability tied to the previously expected compliance.

We will continue to monitor this closely and keep you updated if anything changes, but for the time being, business as usual.

And while the rules may shift, one thing does not. You have a team that stays ahead of it for you.

A little delayed on this one… but the kind of night worth circling back to.

I get caught up in the day to day, work moves fast, duty calls, and I don’t always stop to share the moments that deserve it.

Celebrating in her leadership role with the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Greater San Diego was absolutely one of those moments. The way she shows up for her clients, friends, family, and community doesn’t go unnoticed.

And yes, I leaned all the WAY in! Cheering, dancing, and actually enjoying the night like the business wingwoman that I’m expected to be! 💃
