To all Snowmass Geezers... With a heavy heart, I report that my ex-wife and mother to our three wonderful kids.. Alison Eason..passed away on March 30th. There will be a memorial service sometime in the late spring or early summer. Some of her fondest memories are from the time that we arrived in Snowmass in the summer of 1977. All of us who were here during that time know how magical it was. Thanks for all the kind notes from other geezers.. Doc Eason

Dear fellow Geezers,

It was wonderful to see everyone at the Gathering. It really says something that we have all been friends for so long! I believe we came of age together in Snowmass and bonded for life, just like one big dysfunctional family! We could have our own reality show! Kardashian's look out! Cheers to everyone!

I'm sorry it took so long (I still use an abacus to balance my checkbook) but I think I have figured out how to post the photos from the Gathering so you can copy and paste them to your files. Thanks for the memories, I think. I hope I took notes! A great time was had by all! True wealth should be measured in friendships, not dollars!

I'm now in an unmarked car on my way to the Route 66 International Festival in Kingman AZ. I'll be there from Aug. 13-17. My "Route 66 Adventure" production will be featured in the film festival there. Come on over and say HI!
